NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE By order of the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit in Civil 3CC18100207K, the below Commissioner has been appointed to sell the named property at public auction. TMK No. 3-5-4-010-051-0000, a property located at: 54-2701 Union Mill Road, Kapaau, HI 96755. NO OPEN HOUSES; AUCTION will be held: April 10, 2024 at 12:00 PM. Auction will be held at Keahuolu Courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Ave, Kailua Kona HI 96740 at the “Flagpoles” near the northwest corner of the building. TERMS: No upset price. Property is to be sold in its as is condition, without any representations or warranties whatsoever as to title or possession and by way of a quitclaim conveyance by public commissioner’s sale.
