Amount owed as of 10/03/22 is $718,906.08 plus atty fees/costs.

AUCTION DATE:   March 15, 2024 (Friday) at 12:00 pm at the flagpole at Kona courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Ave., Kailua-Kona, HI.

TERMS OF SALE: No upset price.  Property sold subject to all encumbrances of record and in “as is” condition at public auction.  Bidders responsible for own due diligence. Prior to participation in the auction, bidders must provide proof of funds of 10% of their max bid payable in cash, money order, certified or cashier’s check, made payable to “John Knoebber.” No exceptions. 10% downpayment due at close of auction. Balance to be paid upon delivery of title. Plaintiff/Bank may credit bid.
