NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure Filed September 12, 2022, filed on November 25, 2022 in Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust vs. The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, et al., Civ. No. 3CC151000064, Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawaii, the undersigned Commissioner will sell the following described property at public foreclosure sale on the date and at the time set forth below.
