NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Pursuant to the filed in the Third Circuit Court on November 28, 2022 in case number 3CC19100144K, the court appointed the undersigned Commissioner to sell the Property described below at a public auction and pursuant to the terms stated: The Property: 64-411 Bucky Hill Lane, Kamuela, Hawaii 96743. Tax Map Key (3) 6-9-017-047. Open House: January 18 and 25, 2025, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Individuals wishing to appear at the open house event(s) should contact the Commissioner in advance. Public Auction: The public auction will be held on February 7, 2025 at 12:00 noon at the Keahoulu Courthouse located at 74-5451 Kamakaeha Avenue, Kialua-Kona, Hawaii 96740 at the flagpole. Terms of Sale: There is no upset price. The Property will be sold in its “as is” condition with no warranties of title or possession. The successful bidder must pay a down payment of not less than ten percent (10%) of the highest successful bid price and deposit the same with the Commissioner at the close of the public auction, payment to made in cash, money order, cashier’s check or certified check.
