NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE The undersigned Commissioner in Case No. 3CC141000076, Third Circuit Court, State of HI, will sell at public auction fee simple property located at 45-111 Pikonia Loop, Honokaa, HI, area 9,460 square feet, more or less, TMK (3) 4-5-023-051 with dwelling. DATE AND PLACE OF SALE: June 21, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., at front entrance to Hale Kaulike Courthouse, 777 Kilauea Ave., Hilo, HI. TERMS OF SALE: The property shall be sold “as is” with no upset price. Ten percent of the highest bid shall be paid down in cash, money order, cashier’s or certified check. Plaintiff may satisfy the down payment by way of offset up to the amount of its secured debt. The purchaser shall pay closing costs, costs of conveyance, recordation, and costs of possession. The sale shall not be final until approved by the Court.
