NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE COURT ACTION: Pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law; Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment, and for Interlocutory Decree of Foreclosure Against All Parties filed February 23, 2024 in Siwell, Inc. dba Capital Mortgage Services of Texas v.
