NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE By order of the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit in Civil 3CCV-23-85, the below Commissioner has been appointed to sell the named property at public auction. TMK No. 3-8-2-003-017-0015, a property located at: 82-6065 Mamalahoa Highway, APT B-203, Captain Cook, HI 96704. OPEN HOUSES will be held as follows: OPEN HOUSE 1: April 10, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM; OPEN HOUSE 2: April 17, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM; AUCTION will be held: April 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM. Auction will be held at Keahuolu Courthouse, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Ave, Kailua Kona HI 96740 at the “Flagpoles” near the northwest corner of the building. TERMS: No upset price. Property is to be sold in its as is condition, without any representations or warranties whatsoever as to title or possession and by way of a quitclaim conveyance by public commissioner’s sale.
